Our REALTOR® PARTNER Program rewards those that help us generate revenue that we then invest in building more valuable free tools to give away.
Referral Rewards: We strive to give our REALTOR® PARTNERS 1:1 referrals. For each referral sent to use, we distribute the leads we generate to our PARTNERS and then nurture them until they are ready and able to buy.
We kind of think becoming a REALTOR® PARTNER is completely self serving to you! Think of it as investing in growing your business.
You can become a REALTOR® PARTNER by sending just 1 funding referral every 2 years. No need to disrupt your existing broker relationships. We are focused on new purchasers and your existing Relationships probably will provide a higher level of service for those with an existing home or investment properties. Our niche is First Time Buyers.
Sending a referral is as simple as sending over an email to greg@fthb.ca, copying in your client and provide a warm introduction. Even if they registered on FTHB.ca first they are still a referral as long as you introduce us before they engage us directly through the site.
